Vegetarian

Tofu
  1. 2 quarts of  soy milk
  2. Coagulant (choose one of the following)
  3. 2 tsp. Terra Alba aka Gypsum (calcium sulfate) 
  4. 1 tsp. of Nigari flakes (magnesium chloride)
  5. 1/2 tsp. Liquid Nigari

Directions

1. Boil the soy milk for 5 minutes and let it cool
2. Mix the water and the cogulant mixture into the warm soy milk
3. Let the mixture harden and mold into the shape your choice
4.  Enjoy!




NOTE:

We have completed our vegetarian week! Me and Sammy will take a 1 week break before starting our dairy free week! I hope dairy won't be as hard as the vegetarian week! Stay tuned.
