Vegan chocolate mousse
· ½ cup raw cocoa
· ¼ cup rice malt syrup
· 400 ml canned coconut cream
· ¼ cup chia seeds
· cocoa nibs optional
Directions
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until well combined and smooth. Then pour the chocolate mousse into serving glasses and put it into the fridge for 3 hours or until firm.
