Our Goal

        Over the course of 4 weeks, we are going to go on a diet. For the first week we will go vegetarian, the second we will go dairy free, the third week we will reduce our sugar intake, and for the fourth week we will go gluten free. To achieve our goal we will come up with recipes to avoid foods we won't eat, such as bread, cheese, meat, and sugar. Each week we will keep a journal of what we ate that day, how it tasted, and how we feel, and a summary of what we might eat next.


We hope we will achieve our goal successfully.
